Jamyang Choden

External Relations Officer

Mrs. Jamyang Choden holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment Management from Royal Thimphu College (RTC) and has over five years of experience in international relations, programme coordination, and partnership development. She served as an International Relations Officer at RTC, where she contributed to fostering international collaborations, managing academic partnerships, and coordinating programmes with universities and institutions across the EU, United States, and Australia. She also co-led an Erasmus+ project for four years and managed intensive faculty-led study credit and study abroad programmes.

From 2025 to mid-2026, Jamyang served as a Programme Officer at the Bhutan Foundation, where she managed the Small Grants Programme and supported health-related programmes and partnerships.

Passionate about sustainability, international collaboration, and cultural exchange, Jamyang has participated in international training and mobility programmes, including Erasmus+ programmes in various EU countries and a Master’s-level Summer School on Climate Change in the Netherlands. She enjoys reading, doodling, and exploring new horizons.
