Tshering Pelden
Deputy Chief Program Officer
Ms. Tshering Pelden has been appointed as Deputy Chief Program Officer, effective from August 1, 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Secondary) from Paro College of Education and a Master of Science from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand.
Ms. Pelden began her career in education as a teacher, before transitioning to a role as Program Officer at the erstwhile Quality Assurance and Accreditation Division under the Department of Adult and Higher Education, Ministry of Education. Prior to her current position, she served as Program Manager for the Desuung Skilling Program under His Majesty’s Secretariat.
