Biography
Tshering Pem, Dy. Chief Legal Officer at the Bhutan National Legal Institute is currently an adjunct faculty member at the JSW School of Law and teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR I – Negotiation & Mediation).
She had a masters in Business Law from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University of Law, Thailand. She completed her B.A LLB(Hons) from Nalsar University of Law followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in National Law from the Royal Institute of Management in 2012.
