Biography
Professor Dr. Timothy Everett Nielandar, an international Cooperation Law Institutional Design and Governance Advisor at the GP3 (Global Public-Private Partnership) Institute based in Irvine, California, USA teaches an elective course on “Sustainability and Law” at the JSW School of Law as a visiting faculty.
He completed his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College Law School, Jackson Mississippi USA in 1996 followed by Master of Law in Intellectual Property from the University of Houston Law Texas USA. He also holds a PhD in International Law Global Development Public Private Partnerships from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He is a published author on Global Development PPPs supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.
He has also served as the visiting faculty at Georgetown University, Washington DC, the University of Iceland, Reykjavik, Iceland, and the University of Malta, Malta to teach International Cooperation Law while he taught International Philanthropic Law at the University of Lausanne, Lausanne CH.
