JSW Law launched the JSW Law Research Center and three publications

Coinciding with the 115th National Day, and to join the Nation in celebrating this important day, JSW Law launched the JSW Law Research Center and three publications–the First Volume of the JSW [Law] Review, the Handbook on Clinics, and the National Assessment Report on Access to Justice for Persons with Disabilities.

The JSW [Law] Review is a student-edited law journal under the mentorship and guidance of a faculty. The Handbook on Clinics is written by Dema Lham, Assistant Professor and Kuenzang Dolma, Lecturer. This handbook is intended to further improve the conduct of the clinical courses. These two books were funded by the Asia Foundation (TAF).

The Research Center also launched the National Assessment Report on Access to Justice for Persons with Disabilities under JSW Law Publishing Series. This empirical study was conducted across the country with expertise from the Paro College of Education and a team of legal researchers from the JSW Law. The study was carried out as part of the development of course modules on Access to Justice for Persons with disabilities. This research is funded by the Austrian Development Agency under the Justice Sector Program.
