Third Faculty Forum: Law and Religion

The JSW Law Research Center organized the Third Faculty Forum this afternoon. Professor Jay D. Wexler, visiting scholar to the JSW Law Research Center presented his paper titled: “On the Road to Christian Nationalism: Religion and the Current United States Supreme Court”. His presentation focused on interpreting the concept of separation of Church-State in the law over the centuries from the early history of the mid-19th Century to the modern, 21st Century.
Professor Jay Wexler is a tenured Professor of Law at the Boston University School of Law and was awarded the Michael Melton Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2009.
The forum’s objective is to provide opportunities for the faculty including adjuncts, visiting faculty and scholars to share their academic papers, books or other scholastic works.
