Paying your fees

Please take note of the deadline for paying the amount due. Your payment must be received on the deadline day. Note that we are not able to accept cash or credit card payments at the moment. Your payment must be wire transferred.

Make a payment from outside Bhutan (except India)

  1. Send a scanned copy of your payment receipt to summer.school@jswlaw.bt to ensure that we are made aware of your payment. Failure to do so will mean it will take longer for your tuition payment to be identified. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment arrives before the payment deadline.
  2. If we receive your payment after the deadline, you will be responsible for paying a 1.5% service charge on the overdue balance.

Reminders:

  1. Routing banks often take a $25 wire transfer fee from your payment, so the amount the JSW Law receives is less than what you pay.  In order to avoid your payment being short you should include $25 extra in the wire transfer payment amount. However, DO NOT SEND more than this extra $25 in your wire transfer.
  2. If you are calculating currency exchange rates, be sure to use the sell exchange rate.

Make a payment within Bhutan

If you are making a payment within Bhutan, please use the mBoB facility. In your mBoB dashboard go to “Bill Payments”, and from the “Select Biller” list select “JSW Law.” Fill other information as required and make the payment.
